Examine particles in pan. Remove the magnets and use them to collect any steel chips. Look carefully at the chips and particles in the pan and the magnet to anticipate what type of wear you will find in the transaxle. install the line pressure control solenoid valve and lock plate with the bolt. Torque: bolt a: 11 nm (110 kgfcm, 8 ftlbf) bolt b: 11 nm (110 kgfcm, 8 ftlbf) bolt c: 6.5 Nm (66 kgfcm, 58 in.Vlbf) bolt length: bolt a: 25 mm (0.984 In.) Bolt b: 60 mm (2.362 In.) Bolt c: 12 mm (0.472 In.). While connecting the manual valve connecting rod to the manual valve lever, install the valve body with the manual valve together. Install the 17 bolts. Install automatic transaxle oil pan sub–assy. Install the 2 magnets to the oil pan. Install a new gasket to the oil pan and install them to the transaxle.

Chances are you will find that the line pressure is too low. The line pressure can vary slightly so please refer to the shop manual for the proper line pressure specifications. If a line pressure test comes back normal, the next thing to look at is the forward clutch pack.
